Josh Monahan graduated from NC State University in 2017. His family has been in the snack food industry for 65 years, and he wanted to continue that tradition when he founded 1 in 6 Snacks.
In the U.S., 1 in 6 people do not know where their next meal will come from. His vision was to sell great-tasting products while being able to give back to local food banks at the same time. For every 2 oz bag, the company donates 5 cents, and for every 5 oz bag, the company donates 10 cents to the local Food Bank. Oh, and these are delicious!
