Shipping, Pick-Up + Returns


DECO offers shipping via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail only. 

We are only able to ship within the United States. If an order is placed requiring shipping outside the United States, your order will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

Orders to be shipped, whether made online or purchased in the store, will be charged a flat rate that is consistent with USPS Priority Mail's pricing. 

Shipments that are unusually large or heavy may be subject to additional shipping charges consistent with USPS Priority Mail's rates. Likewise, DECO may reduce or waive shipping fees under special circumstances that will be clearly advertised.

Per USPS guidelines: "Priority Mail will provide day-specific delivery information and include insurance (loss, damage, or missing contents) at no additional cost to the customer." Shipping information is delivered to the customer via email or text. 


Curbside / In-Store Pickup

Orders placed for curbside pick-up will not be ready for immediate pick-up. We ask customers to please wait for a confirmation email stating that the order is ready with instructions for pickup. Please expect that orders may take 24 - 48 hours for processing.



All items purchased from DECO (except sale items) may be returned with a receipt for store credit ONLY within 2 weeks of purchase. Sale items are final sale.

For online purchases, we request that you contact DECO ([email protected]) prior to returning an item. We will make arrangements for an exchange for another item or store credit. Items purchased online may be returned in-store. Any shipping incurred by return of an item is the customer's responsibility. If the recipient is outside the store's local area, a refund may be deemed necessary but is subject to approval by the owner.
