In the 1990’s Old School Mill, Inc., founder David Hinson (1955-2010) began milling corn grits and meal as a hobby. Today, the family business is thriving as a manufacturer and distributor of some of the highest quality baking mixes, stone ground grits and corn meals, jams, and candies available on the market.
