Use this spice mix to brew a premium cup of Chai, in desserts, baking, oatmeal, or homemade ice cream.
Brewing Instructions for 1 Cup of Chai:
In a small pot, add ½ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative) and ½ cup water. Bring to a low simmer. Add ¼ tsp Chai Masala and 1 tsp black tea leaves or one black tea bag. Simmer for another 3 minutes. Strain and sweeten to your liking with sugar or honey. Enjoy!
