About Videri Chocolate Factory

Videri Chocolate Factory was started by a group of friendly folks who wanted to create wonderful chocolate, from bean to bar, everyday. We’re a cozy downtown chocolate factory that scrupulously sources every ingredient to ensure a high quality, responsible chocolate. We are hoping to change the face of fine, hand-crafted, artisan chocolate by being a welcoming chocolate factory that makes people feel happy and at home.

Videri’s doors are open to everyone and anyone curious about the process and taste of handmade chocolate. We believe the factory should be the happiest and most exciting experience possible. People who walk in our doors love the experience of chocolate, and actively seek to understand the source and quality of goods they purchase. Come on down for a visit and don’t forget to taste our delicious chocolate!

What’s so special about our bean-to-bar chocolate? We don’t use fillers such as soy lecithin, xanthan gum, emulsifiers or artificial flavorings; only the finest cocoa beans, cocoa butter, and organic cane sugar make it into our bars. All our ingredients are thoughtfully procured, using sustainable purchasing standards.

Beginning August 1, 2025, Videri Chocolate Factory will start producing chocolate products that include tree nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts and pecans. With this change, Videri will no longer operate as a nut, gluten, soy or egg-free facility. 

Not all products will contain tree nuts, but all products will be produced in the same facility, which means we can no longer ensure they are free from cross-contamination.
