Nuthatch Studio is a design and illustration studio in Raleigh, North Carolina founded by Chrissie Van Hoever. Our mission is to create earth-friendly and delightfully illustrated products that foster meaningful connections, encourage kindness, and spark creativity.

Chrissie is an award-winning designer and illustrator with a passion for creating whimsical, nature-inspired pattern designs. Before Nuthatch Studio, she spent over a decade working with large and small clients on everything from mom-and-pop hand-lettered logos and website designs to museum exhibits and enterprise company illustration guidelines and design systems. She is passionate about using design and illustration as tools for problem-solving with a human-centered approach.
