Crude Bitters is North Carolina’s first cocktail bitters company, established 2012 in Raleigh. Crafted in small batches from 100% maceration in organic, non-GMO alcohol, with no glycerin, chemicals or dyes. Our cocktail bitters and shrub syrup concentrates are hand-crafted for both the professional and cocktail enthusiast. “For cocktails with or without suspenders" is our motto and we craft blends of flavors rather than single flavor bitters.
