Mr Vavassori, a proud Italian cherished the ancient olive trees on his small Sicilian land, trees with stories older than 250 years he cold pressed their olives into golden oil, gifting it to families and friends. One momentous day, two friends from across the Atlantic tasted it and were blown away. "Mr Vavassori, this is liquid Gold! Americans need this!" Inspired by their excitement, the trio joined forces to create Ciao, a playful blend of heritage, friendship and premium sicilian flavor. Now Ciao brings taste and joy to the table.
