When Billy couldn’t recreate the perfect recipe for a tomato-based BBQ sauce, he turned to his experience smoking whole hogs in Virginia and South Carolina to bring a classic southern tradition to North Carolina. Billy’s SLAPP’N Sauce is a mouth-watering, mustard-based sauce accented with a rich, full bodied IPA and serious flavor. Billy’s SLAPP’N Sauce was born in Greensboro, North Carolina and is locally produced in small batches to ensure that the right balance of ingredients goes into the complex flavor inside every bottle. The Mustard IPA has been so successful that Billy introduced a new flavor: Gate City Red IPA. It’s sweet upfront and has a slight kick on the back end. Try them both!
