Gaia’s Closet is a small, women-owned business in Raleigh, NC that creates upcycled and reworked clothing and accessories. Did you know that over 80% of what is sent to the thrift stores ends up in the landfill or is sent to foreign countries where it decimates their local economy? Gaia's Closet hopes to encourage sustainable and ethical shopping among consumers, as well as empower people in clothes that make them feel comfortable and confident. They also strive to give back to the community by sourcing items from charity thrift stores and giving a portion of proceeds back to nonprofits across the state.
