Emma Blondin and Ian Grice are rooted in the Raleigh area but live in Washington, DC. Emma received her bachelor’s degree from NC State and her master’s degree from UNC Chapel Hill. She now works in transportation planning in Washington, DC. Ian also attended NC State for his undergraduate education. Emma is the daughter of DECO owner Pam Blondin. Both Emma and Ian work at DECO Raleigh when they’re in town.
