Kelly Smith is a screen printer who lives and works in a little historic bungalow in downtown Raleigh. Her love of screen printing evolved out of a long-time passion for photography. She creates modern, clean graphics for her prints with a nod to the nostalgic imagery of her youth. Kelly also is a music-lover and finds inspiration for her instrument designs from the great roots of Americana music that was born in the South. She creates all her own images and screens, and prints everything by hand in her kitchen. Then she cleans it all up and makes dinner for herself and her two boys. The name for Tiny Peepers comes from the small but mighty song of the spring peeper frog.
